KHAO KLA Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. was granted license to operate
securities business as a manager of venture capital fund from the Ministry of
Finance on 18 September 2007 with registered capital of THB 5 million. The
company is a subsidiary of Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. KHAO KLA’s
mission is to provide a source of fund for growing businesses in the form of
equity financing which is an alternative to debt financing. In addition to
provide funding for business, KHAO KLA can support our customers to achieve
their business goal and to become successful by providing various means such as
introducing of strategic partner, increasing of investee’s productivity and
